Hart's Title Reigns

European Championship
January
26, 1998--Owen Hart beat Goldust
(dressed up as Hunter Hearst-Hemlsmey), who took
the place of Hunter Hearst-Hemlsley, the
champion, in Davis, California to win his first
and only European Championship. On March 17,
1998, Owen lost his belt back to Helmsley in
Phoenix, Arizona, when the referee stopped the
match due to Owen wrestling with a semi-broken
ankle.

Tag Team Championship
April
2, 1995--Owen Hart, with his surprise
partner Yokozuna, beat the Smoking Gunns at
WrestleMania XI in Hartford Connecticut, won his
first tag team championship. On September 24,
1995, Shawn Michaels and Diesel got the belts
when Owen Hart had the Bulldog wrestle for him in
Saginaw Michigan. Since Owen didn't compete, the
titles were given to Michaels and Diesel

22, 1996--Owen Hart, with his tag team
partner the British Bulldog, beat the Smoking
Gunns again at In Your House: Mind Games in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, won his second tag
team championship. On May 26, 1997, Owen and the
Bulldog lost their titles in Indiana to Shawn
Michaels and Steve Austin, who were teamed up by
president Gorilla Monsoon.
January
25, 1999--Owen Hart, with his tag team
partner Jeff Jarrett, beat the Big Boss Man and
Ken Shamrock on Monday Night Raw in Phoenix,
Arizona.

Intercontinental Championship
April
28, 1997--Owen Hart won his first
Intercontinental Championship from Rocky Maivia
in Omaha, Nebraska. At Summer Slam on August 3,
1997, Owen lost his belt to Steve Austin in East
Ruthersford, New Jersey.
October
5, 1997--Owen Hart won his second
Intercontinental Championship in a tournament,
defeating Faarooq in the finals at In Your House:
Badd Blood in St. Louis, Missouri. The tournament
took place due to Steve Austin's knee injury.
Owen lost his belt back to Steve Austin in
Montreal, Quebec at Survivor Series on November
9, 1997.
